9 May 2019, 16:00-16:40

So we have the results of the IEEE assessment, and everyone is convinced that the organization should up its reliability capabilities. But where to start? And how to get things done? Implementing improvement programmes and transforming the way of working is a tough and knotty process. We explore what such processes look like, and how to design and lead an effective improvement programme.
