The talk will touch on the experiences at Collins Aerospace Nieuwegein pertaining to our quest to deliver mature and reliable products to our customers. It will show how far along the way we are on the road to achieving organizational reliability maturity and what we have done to get to where we are.

Varun Raman is an enthusiastic and energetic reliability engineer with a passion for understanding how things work and subsequently fail. He is currently the lead engineer for reliability within the new product development team at Collins Aerospace Nieuwegein. He has a masters in aerospace engineering from Delft University of Technology. In addition, he is also an ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) and an HI – DfR Blackbelt holder. My areas of interest include field data analysis, system reliability & maintenance modeling and accelerated life testing.
