1 | REGISTRATION (UNTIL 8 MAY 2019)

All participants are required to register for the event. Speakers will be registered by the organization. Registration is only possible via this website.

On 9 and 10 May you can get your personal badge at the registration desk upon showing your entrance ticket.

Every sponsor receives a unique registration code for the Trends and Challenges in Reliability Seminar. Depending on your sponsor package you can register visitors free of charge (check your package for the number of entrance tickets you receive) or with €75 discount. You receive this unique code by e-mail after your registration.

Important: Registration codes are only valid by preregistration until 8 May 2019

An entrance ticket includes: entrance to the conference, lunch, coffee, tea and networking drinks. On 9 May a networking dinner will be served at the end of the day. All entrance fees exclude VAT.

4 | CATERING

An entrance ticket for Thursday 9 May includes: lunch, coffee, tea, and a networking dinner at the end of the day.

5 | YOUR SPONSOR AREA

A sponsor package includes a workstation or floorspace. We arrange a high table, 2 chairs and electricity. Please bring your own multiple socket. Wi-fi is available free of charge at the venue.

You have the possibility to present your company in the reserved floor space:
– Workstation: 1 roll-up banner (max. 1.5 m wide and 2 m high)
– 9 m²: 3 x 3 meters
– 12 m²: 4 x 3 meters

If you need any other materials (wired internet connection, furniture etc.), please ask for the possibilities via events@techwatch.nl. Orders can be made Thursday 2 May at the latest.

Building up
You are welcome to build up your sponsor area on Thursday 9 May: 07:00– 08:30 hours
Your sponsor area needs to be ready at 08.30 hours on Thursday 9 May. If you need to transport heavy materials it’s possible to make use of the elevator. Please inform the staf at the entrance desk of the venue and they will assist you.

You can leave your stand materials at the venue on Thursday evening. It’s possible to drop off your valuables on Thursday at the entrance counter to be kept in a safe.

Packing up
After the programme on Friday afternoon drinks will be served at the sponsor area on 17:00 hours. From 18:00 hours onwards, it is allowed to pack up your workstation/stand.

6 | MARKETING AND PROMOTION

The distribution of brochures and leaflets is not allowed, unless approved by the organization. All promotional materials placed at the venue without permission will be removed.

Visibility in Mechatronica&Machinebouw and/or Bits&Chips
We offer sponsors of the Trends and Challenges of Reliability Seminar special advertising rates in Mechatronica&Machinebouw and Bits&Chips. Please contact sales@techwatch.nl for the possibilities.

Promotion
As a sponsor you can help promote the event by:
– Announcing the event at your website
– Sending out an e-mail to your colleagues and relations
– Announcing the event on social media (LinkedIn, Twitter with hashtag #RSEM19 and Facebook)

We have several promotional materials available (logo’s, banners, buttons) on our website.

7 | PARTICIPANT LIST

We will send you a first participant list a few days before the event. You receive the final participant list a week after the event.

Techwatch is the publisher of the magazines Bits&Chips and Mechatronica&Machinebouw and the organizer of technical conferences and exhibitions.
